Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the WebSandbox platform and services. By using WebSandbox, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy is designed to protect our infrastructure, ensure the safety and security of our users, and prevent abuse.

When using WebSandbox, including our WebContainers and cloud environments, you must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Cryptocurrency Mining: Running scripts, binaries, or processes designed to mine cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Network Abuse: Conducting port scanning, network probing, DDoS attacks, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in any network or system.
• Spam & Phishing: Hosting or distributing phishing pages, spam distribution software, or sending unsolicited bulk messages.
• Malware: Creating, hosting, or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any malicious code designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems.

You may not use WebSandbox to host, transmit, or process any content that:

• Violates or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains illegal, threatening, defamatory, or highly offensive material.
• Involves the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Violates the privacy rights of any individual or entity.

WebSandbox provides generous resources to facilitate development and testing. However, abusive consumption of resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) that negatively impacts the performance or availability of the platform for other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate environments that exhibit abnormal or excessive resource usage.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating your account, removing your content, and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.
